About the role
To match our growth ambitions and service our growing customer base we are expanding our teams. For us that means we are looking for the right talent to join us on an incredible journey: customer success managers, product & business developers to name a few.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who knows how to get this job done; someone who takes ownership of our entire recruitment process. The successful candidate for this position enjoys working in an international team and is able to recruit for a wide range of roles; ranging from IT to Business Development. You will be tasked with reactive and proactive recruitment efforts. You feel no hesitation to reach out to potentials who might fit our needs. Once you have found the right candidates, you will be conducting the initial stages of the selection process and coordinate the remainder of this process.
You will need to have a good understanding of recruitment practices, interview techniques and be able to communicate clearly with the different hiring managers within 24sessions. You get excited about the future of video-chat and are able to convey this excitement to the candidates you speak with. We are looking for someone to support us for 24 hours per week. You will be part of the Operations team reporting into the Head of Operations.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience
Experienced in doing Boolean searches
A natural interest in the latest recruitment tools/technologies
Great communication skills
A structured way of working
Comfortable recruiting for a wide range of roles
Able to conduct the initial screening of candidates via phone/video/personal interviews
Fluency in Dutch & English (written & verbal)
Excited about the future of video-chat
Previous experience with Recruitee is a plus
