About the role
You will be part of the Customer Success team and will ensure our existing enterprise-sized customers (typically 1000+ FTE) get the most out of our video-chat software. You will do this by project managing a successful integration our product’s use case. Throughout the project you will stay in frequent contact with our customers to ensure they are using our product properly, maximising its functionality and above all are satisfied with our service.
The successful candidate for this position has a truly customer first mentality. Next to that previous project management experience is key; protecting its deadlines and making sure the right stakeholders are involved in each stage of the project roll-out. Common responsibilities in a project include facilitating user training, issue management, managing new product feature releases and above all showcasing the business value of our product for the customer.
Key ingredients to be successful in this role will be previous experience with Technology and SaaS solutions for enterprise clients specifically, good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders and the skills to apply project management practices to ensure a smooth product integration. You need to get excited by the thought of bringing your users on the journey of the future of customer interaction.

BSc/MSc in Business related track
2-5 years of experience in a comparable role. (Customer Success, Project / Account management)
Business savvy: the ability to translate customer needs into product functionality
Affinity with Technology & SaaS
Experience in driving user adoption
Ability to execute a clear project plan together with a corporate customer
Understanding of corporate structures and navigating different stakeholders
Knowing that customer focus is about leading them and not just ‘doing what you’re asked’
Good at explaining both technological and business concepts
Strong interpersonal & communication skills; someone who stimulates dialogue and strives for constructive conflict resolution.
Positive mindset, inspiring and a true team player
Fluency in Dutch and English language required
