We are helping organizations like Rabobank, ING, AEGON, NUON to increase customer satisfaction, productivity levels and reduce time spent administration. Google, McKinsey & Rocket Internet recently elected us 1 of the 10 best B2B startups in Europe! 24sessions has been expanding rapidly by selling directly to enterprise customers, but also through partnering with (software) companies who can integrate our product into their offering. To boost this strategy we’re looking for a commercially minded Partner Channel Manager to join us on this journey.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Channel Manager who is a self-starter and takes ownership & responsibility from day one. Someone who thrives in a high growth environment and gained previous experience in setting up a partner channel from scratch. Openness to learn, receive coaching and a continuous focus on further self improvement are key ingredients for this role.

As Partner Channel Manager you will grow and build new partnerships with other technology companies (ie Genesys, Salesforce, …), system integrators (Dimension Data, Cognizant, …) or consulting companies (Accenture, Deloitte, …). Your goal is to realize effective international distribution channels through these partnerships. We need someone with a proven track record of setting up such a channel, preferably from scratch, for a startup.

You will be able to tap into your existing network and make new connections to further boost our presence in the market by building these strategic partnerships. In order to be successful in this role you will need to knock on new and existing doors of future partners. You will showcase the added value of our technology to the right stakeholders of future partners in a consultative manner. Whether it is presenting to a room filled with stakeholders, or negotiating terms with procurement, you will have a strong drive to achieve the desired results.

  • You are a self starter and are not afraid to take ownership

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up an (international) partner channel from scratch

  • Minimum of 2 years of startup experience with partnering exposure to bigger technology companies, system integrators and big digital consulting firms

  • Knowledge about strategic partnerships

  • Entrepreneurial attitude and a keen eye for opportunities to partner up

  • Language: Fluency in Dutch and English

  • Comfortable working in a high growth environment

  • A big willingness to learn and receive coaching

  • Successful track record with previous sales efforts

  • Understanding of dynamics within big corporate clients
