We are helping organizations like Rabobank, ING, AEGON, NUON to increase customer satisfaction, productivity levels and reduce time spent on administration. We are currently looking for an office manager to help us with administrative support and ensure a smooth-running office!

About the role

24sessions is on the move: our team is growing, our business is expanding rapidly and we recently moved into a brand new office location. In this high growth environment, we are now looking for someone who can create order amidst this chaos. There is a tremendous opportunity to make an impact on different angles of our business. As our office manager, you will become responsible for a variety of tasks.


We are looking for someone who can take care of the comings and goings of the office. This will range from arranging lunch & business trips to organizing awesome company events, trips and team outings. You will help deliver outstanding experiences for our team members and beyond. Here the role doesn’t stop: you will also be responsible for our HR & financial administration. You take pride in keeping our administration up to date and running smoothly. You get the chance to implement improvements on a daily basis. Keep improving is in our DNA.


In order to be successful in this job, you will need a natural talent for organizing and creating structure, you are able to identify the right bottlenecks and come up with structural solutions proactively. You have a natural tendency to stay on top of things and not let it go until it goes right. The business can fully rely on you and your organizational skills.

Requirements

What do we look for?

  • 3 years of experience in office management
  • Experience with HR & Financial administration tasks
  • Experience with Exact is a plus
  • An open and enthusiastic character that is used multi-tasking
  • Proven organizational/coordination skills
  • Proactive attitude: you always find relevant things to do/improve
  • Experience in optimize processes
  • A structured way of working
  • Comfortable with addressing employees and correcting working behaviours
  • Fluency in Dutch and English language required
