About the role

We’re looking for an eager, motivated person who has the ambition to grow her/himself into a high performing Business Developer. You will receive a lot of coaching and training to help you get on your way, but we need someone with a solid foundation. This means having the right personality to push yourself to learn fast and have a personal drive to perform. Someone who is fun, extroverted, a self-starter and takes ownership & responsibility from day one.


Learning how to manage complex sales cycles starts by learning the basics and the importance of research in prospecting. That is why we need someone who has good researching skills to help us in generating new leads. Mapping out stakeholders of key prospects and identifying the right decision makers for us to speak to. You will be tasked with not only finding new leads, but also qualifying them. Through targeted messaging, social media, making some calls and triggering our target audience with the right message you will play a key part in starting up the sales cycle for our Business Development team.


By building your skills to find and validate leads you will also build a foundation for further personal growth within the team. The Business Developers in the team will support you along the way and help you grow to become a Business Developer within 1-2 years.

Requirements

  • A big willingness to learn and receive coaching

  • You are a self starter, are not afraid to take ownership and responsibility

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience

  • Experience in prospecting is a plus

  • Naturally skilled at convincing someone

  • Strong researching skills

  • Dutch native language skills

  • Fluency in English, other European languages are a big plus

  • Have a natural interest in technology & innovation

  • Organised
