Our product stands on its own, the customer success team is an oiled machine and we have an effective new business methodology in place. 2019 is all about scaling up sales (internationally). That’s why we’re looking for a Head of Sales.


Job description for Head of Sales
We’re looking for a consultative sales leader with experience in enterprise SaaS sales. We expect you to be able to translate our company & commercial strategy into an actionable sales plan and build a high-performing sales team & culture.

The candidate is an experienced sales leader (5+ years of experience) with proven track record in the deployment & execution of a new business sales strategy. They’re also experienced in building a team for Enterprise SaaS sales. The ideal candidate has helped a startup (<20 FTE) to take the next steps towards a scale-up (>50 FTE + international expansion)

Requirements

  • Experienced sales leader (5+years)

  • Something to prove

  • An inspiring force in consultative selling

  • Experience in IT/SaaS sales to big Enterprise (especially new business)

  • Experience in building a sales team with various roles

  • Target-driven team-player with a strong focus on execution

  • Capable of making, adjusting and executing plans based on metrics

  • Has been a crucial part in a previous startup growth to scale-up company

  • Positive mindset, inspiring and a true team player
