About the role

Are you triggered by the impact of technology and the opportunity it brings? If you understand how video-chat can increase the impact of personal interaction then 24sessions might be the place for you. In this role, you will connect with people. People working for big banks, insurance companies and other enterprise-level businesses. It is your job to advise them on the emerging opportunities for customer interaction. We know video-chat will continue to play a growing role in this arena and that’s where we need your help. 


You will be joining a team of Business Development professionals who have been around long enough to teach you what you need to know. It is our goal to build your skills, grow your knowledge and groom you into a Class-A business development professional within 1-2 years. Who knows; perhaps even a manager one day.


We will invest in your personal development. That also means we need someone with a mission in life. Someone who has a big willingness to learn and work hard to become the best. Introducing a new way of working with big corporates can be a long and challenging process. You will need to learn it step by step. In your first 1-2 years it will start with the basics; the importance of research. That is why we need someone who has good researching skills to help us in generating new leads. Mapping out stakeholders of key prospects and identifying the right decision-makers for us to speak to. You will be tasked with not only finding the right people for us to speak to but also qualifying them through various instruments. Targeted messaging, social media and making some calls will all be useful tools that you will learn to master. In doing so you will become a key part of our Business Development team.

Requirements

  • A big willingness to learn and receive coaching
  • Have a natural interest in technology & innovation
  • You are a self-starter and eager to take ownership and responsibility
  • Maximum of 3 years of work experience 
  • Experience in prospecting is a plus
  • Naturally skilled at convincing someone
  • Strong researching skills
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, other European languages are a big plus
