About the role
As account manager you will grow and solidify our position as the trusted partner of choice for video-calling at our existing enterprise sized customers (typically 1000+ FTE). At the moment, there is a tremendous opportunity to grow our footprint at existing customers. You will become responsible to hunt for new opportunities at these existing customers and build strong relationships with C-level contacts on the business and IT side. You will spot opportunities for new use cases and ways to expand our feature usage and integrations. You will also expand existing use cases by working together with our Customer Success team to show business value to existing customers.
You will be tasked with negotiating contract extensions, working with management to deliver forecasts, identify opportunities/challenges and recommend solutions. You will have a natural tendency to keep yourself informed on product development, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to understand the dynamics of big corporations, while having an entrepreneurial start-up mentality yourself. Both in mindset and experience. You are not a stranger in the world of SaaS solutions and are skilled in triggering new ways of working amongst your senior stakeholders.

3 - 10 years experience in sales, business development or account management at a SaaS company
Ability to sell to C-level
Strong relationship building skills
Revenue focused and able to build and maintain own pipeline
Proven track record of hunting for new, and expanding on existing opportunities
Experience in dealing with enterprise customers
Manage complex sales situations and large projects
Comfortable with increasing network within enterprises
Positive mindset, inspiring and a true team player
Strong consultative seller
Fluency in Dutch and English language required
